Why do not study arts?

My family always showed me interesting things related to art, not necessarily paintings, but different musical styles, poets and great writers. So since I was younger I was very interested to know more about art, although at school I leaned more music, art has always been part of what I wanted to do in the future.

I remember that I liked making videos with my classmates, act, edit, even we did a stop-motion once. But history also was instrumental in my education, chiefly comes from my home, but the teachers I had in high school, motivated me to choose this university career.

Despite all that, everything I've been studying in recent years, it becomes a tool for knowledge in my life, shaping my thoughts. It doesn’t define my future job, although I hope that art is always involved in my working life, I wonder what I'll do in the future, but I do not have the answer yet.
